Nel 2023 sono state un milione e 888mila le famiglie che secondo l’Istat hanno cambiato la propria abitazione per trasferirsi nello stesso comune o in un’altra regione. 

Il dato più rilevante è che si tratta di un numero record: non era mai stato raggiunto in precedenza, nel 2022 erano state un milione e 617mila, mentre prima del Covid, nel 2019, un milione e 758mila, il numero più alto registrato fino al 2023.

4.Condominium buildings of 742 beds with a total gross floor area of 41,332 square meters

5.Villas with 252 beds with a total gross floor area of 12,271 square meters

6.Villas with swimming pools 5* with a total gross floor area of 11,200 square meters

7.Other facilities Club restaurant, reception administration and garage with a total area of 8,964 square meters.

In the maritime concession area of the marina for mega yachts, the total area of buildings is 9,459 square meters and can accommodate up to 199 yachts.

But not only that....

Ownership of the 147,504 sq m tourist building land is owned by the company without mortgage or other charges, where a T-2 tourist complex with 2270 beds (min 10% hotels and max 70% apartments and villas) is planned to be built.

The entire building complex is covered by all the infrastructure of roads, gas, water and sewerage and utility fee paid for 217,228 cubic meters and fee paid for electrical connection of 7,857 kW.1. has a concession for the remaining 775,984 sq. m. of area referring to recreational, agricultural and aquatic areas with plantations of about 5,000 olive trees where there is the famous extra virgin olive oil “Terra Istriana” and rich fauna of fallow deer and a flock of about 100 sheep.

Beyond that there would be the possibility of including an innovative plant to create energy and water by recycling wastewater.
