Alice in Italia.INCONTRO A TREVISO.(by Satyam) (1) Valentino Giacomin has been special guest at Oneness Meditation Center, Treviso (Italy) to talk about Alice Project, as a unique educational research.The first question was about the birth of this idea. He could tell the story of “Alice”, connected with the evolution in his personal life. A difficult situation drove him to question his vision of reality, making evident the power of the mind, from which the outer reality that we see and experience take form. He saw inside himself the origin of all feeling, emotions that usually are seen as the outcome of the outside.Being this insight tremendously significant and precious for his life, he decided to start teaching this new experience to others, starting from children. He could so reconnect with his old passion to be a teacher. The experience of new ways of learning were derived from the previous presupposition.Another question was about the development of the project since the creation of a school, starting from Sarnath and expanding to other two places: Bodhgaya and one in for the Chakma ethnic minority, located in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.Then Valentino explained more the principles behind the project and the effects in the students, compared to the ones from public schools, such as educational attainments, bullying problems reduction, awakening of students’ intelligence and creativity, just to mention the main ones.Last, but not least, he mentioned the direction in evolution of the project and the new perspective to expand more Alice model in other countries, Italia included.Valentino promised to be available for further meeting and courses, addressed both to teachers and parents, as well as students from primary school on.The feed-back of audience was of great interest and appreciation for he speaker and the event.(1) Satyam, Umberto Bidinotto, has a degree in Philosophy and is a Psychologist; he is a Master Practitioner in NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis. "Potrebbe raccontare la storia di "Alice", connessa con l'evoluzione nella sua vita personale"" Una situazione difficile lo ha spinto a mettere in discussione la sua visione della realtà, rendendo evidente il potere della mente, da cui prende forma la realtà esteriore che vediamo e sperimentiamo. Vide dentro di sé l'origine di tutti i sentimenti, emozioni che di solito sono percepite come il risultato di stimoli provenienti dall'esterno. Essendo questa intuizione tremendamente significativa e preziosa per la sua vita, decise di iniziare a insegnare questa nuova esperienza ad altri, partendo dai bambini. Poteva così riconnettersi con la sua vecchia passione di essere un insegnante. L'esperienza di nuove modalità di apprendimento derivava dal presupposto precedente.Un'altra domanda riguardava lo sviluppo del progetto dalla creazione di una scuola, partendo da Sarnath e espandendosi in altre due località: Bodhgaya e una per la minoranza etnica Chakma, situata nello Stato dell'Arunachal Pradesh.Poi Valentino ha spiegato meglio i principi alla base del progetto e gli effetti negli studenti, rispetto a quelli delle scuole pubbliche, come risultati scolastici, riduzione dei problemi di bullismo, risveglio dell'intelligenza e della creatività degli studenti, solo per citare i principali.Infine, ma non meno importante, ha menzionato la direzione nell'evoluzione del progetto e la nuova prospettiva per espandere maggiormente il modello Alice in altri paesi, Italia compresa.Valentino ha promesso di essere disponibile per ulteriori incontri e corsi, rivolti sia a insegnanti e genitori, sia agli alunni della scuola primaria in poi.Il feed-back del pubblico è stato di grande interesse e apprezzamento per il relatore e per l'evento.
