Located in Scottsdale, AZ and built in partnership with E&S Builders, this 5,400 sqft new build was a spec home turned client project - which is a first for us! While THELIFESTYLEDCO™ is a West Coast-based Interior Design firm, we pulled inspiration from the East Coast with the overall build design. The furnishings were all selected with our clients in mind to fit their needs as a family of four, which included a wellness room, a guest house for teens and friends, and a layered marble primary bathroom. Our clients resonate with coastal tones and while we typically stick to neutrals, we were able to incorporate this color into various styling choices and the kitchen cabinet colors, while still sticking to our trademarked aesthetic, Organic Desert Living™.
