• Reduce the number of animal fats and give preference to extra virgin olive oil

• Cut back on animal-type protein foods

• Increase the number of plant elements - legumes, vegetables, and fruit

• Choose from dairy products, fresh cheeses, and yogurt

• Cut down on sugars and sweet drinks, sweets, and canned foods that contain hidden sugars, and eliminate alcohol

• start the meal with a salad, lining your stomach you will keep blood sugar under control after a meal, you will reduce hunger after a few hours from the meal and you will also have better digestion

• Decrease cooking salt

• Take great care in chewing.
