Rowing machine. This will absolutely destroy your entire body. In a good way. My parents are rowers, my dad and grandfather both rowed for Oxford, so it’s something of a family tradition, though I sort of went the running then lifting route. Rowing is great, though, it’ll work just about every muscle in the body. No impact, just pure metabolic hell.
