TECNICHE PER ESCLUDERE LA PAURA

Qualunque cosa temiate, distoglietene la mente e lasciatela a Dio.
Abbiate fede in Lui.
Molta sofferenza e’ dovuta solo alla preoccupazione.
Perche’ soffrire ora che la malattia non e’ ancora venuta?
Poiche’ molti dei nostri mali vengono dalla paura, se vi svincolate da essa ne sarete immediatamente liberati.
La guarigione sara’ istantanea.
Ogni sera prima di addormentarvi, affermate: “Il Padre Celeste e’ con me; sono protetto”.
Circondatevi mentalmente dello Spirito e della Sua energia cosmica e pensate: “Ogni germe che dovesse attaccarmi sara’ fulminato”.
Cantate ‘OM’ tre volte, oppure la parola ‘DIO’.
Questo vi fara’ da schermo.
Sentirete questa meravigliosa protezione.
Siate senza paura: e’ l’unico modo per essere sani.
Se comunicate con Dio la Sua verita’ affluira’ in voi, e voi saprete di essere l’anima immortale.
Ogni volta che vi sentite impauriti, ponete la mano sul cuore, sulla pelle nuda; massaggiate da sinistra a destra e dite: “Padre, sono libero. Escludi la paura dalla radio del mio cuore”.
Concentrandovi incessantemente sul pensiero che volete eliminare la paura dal vostro cuore, essa se ne andra’, e voi percepirete la gioia di Dio.

TECHNIQUES TO EXCLUDE FEAR

Whatever you fear, take your mind away and leave it to God.
Have faith in Him.
Much suffering is due only to concern.
Why suffer now that the disease has not yet come?
Since many of our ills come from fear, if you free yourself from it you will be immediately released.
Healing will be instantaneous.
Every night before going to sleep, affirm: "Heavenly Father is with me; I am protected. "
Mentally surround yourself with the Spirit and His cosmic energy and think: "Every germ that should attack me will be electrocuted".
Sing ‘OM’ three times, or the word ‘GOD’.
This will make you the screen.
You will feel this wonderful protection.
Be fearless: it is the only way to be healthy.
If you communicate with God, your truth will flow into you, and you will know that you are the immortal soul.
Whenever you feel afraid, place your hand on your heart, on your bare skin; massage from left to right and say: "Father, I am free. Exclude fear from the radio of my heart ”.
Constantly concentrating on the thought that you want to eliminate fear from your heart, it will go away, and you will perceive the joy of God.
