The book was first published in 2000, but i read it 2 years ago, when the estonian language edition appeared. This topic began to fascinate the writer in the spring of 1996, when he went to a seminar in California to discuss the development of consciousness.

In the following months, he worked on the essay, assembling different pieces of the reality`s model.

A new worldview began to arise in him, which not only changed the way science dealt with consciousness, but it also brought a new view of spirituality and a new view of God. The seeds he sowed at that time, have now grown into that book. These ideas are not final, but rather reflect the scientific writer's thoughts on the basic structure of the new worldview and how consciousness could be the bridge between science and spirit.

The book is fascinating and talks about space exploration, physics, quantum physics, brain, mind, human evolution through time, scientific paradigms.

I remembered a part in the book, that explained, why we couldn't go through walls and things. Having heard that, when you squeeze the globe completely, it can become a small sized ball, and knowing that all matter is made of mostly empty space, it should be easy to go through anywhere. The atom is very small, barely a billionth inches, but the particles inside the atom are still hundreds of thousands of times smaller. Imagine an atomic nucleus enlarged to the size of a rice grain, the entire atom would be the size of a football stadium, and the electrons would also be rice grains, that would fly around the seats. So matter is 99.9999999 percent empty space. But why does it seem so dense and impermeable? Why can't the empty space of our body just go through the empty space through the wall? The simplest explanation for this is, that electrons orbit so rapidly around the nucleus, that they create an impermeable shell, that other particles cannot normally pass through. If we imagine a person spinning a heavy object around himself, we cannot go near him or touch him. Similarly, at the meeting of two atoms, the orbits of their electrons keep them from passing through each other. So matter is not made from matter.

The book explains the nature of light, the different ways people and animals and insects perceive the world. And it brings us closer to understand the time, life, and God.

The book tells, how through meditation one can experience the true nature, peace, understanding of things as they really are.

I myself listened to this book while running a few years ago. Now I reviewed it again a little bit and probably will listen again sometime.
