WINTER YOGA PURIFICATION FOR THE MORNING ROUTINE

This technique cleans the bronchi, is suitable for those who smoke or live in polluted places, massages the internal organs, tones the kidneys.

Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Ten drops of Protective Blend and topically under your feet: 1-2 drops of Protective Blend and 1-2 drops of Oregano.

Execution:

- Sit down in a comfortable position, with a straight back and a well-aligned spine.

- Breathe in slowly from the nostrils, eyes closed and drum the whole chest with your fingers.

- Exhale and drum with more force in the chest area with the palms of the hands.

- Repeat 8 to 12 times on the chest area and then repeat on the abdominal site (only in the morning on an empty stomach) and the lumbosacral region
