WINTER RESPIRATION FOR THE MORNING AND EVENING ROUTINE
This breath strengthens the respiratory tract, cures intestinal disorders, calms the nerves, tones the whole organism, raises body temperature, fights the cold, increases blood circulation, especially in the extremities, and accelerates the metabolism helping digestion.
Morning Routine
Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Ten drops of Protective Blend and topically under your feet: 1-2 drops of Protective Blend and 1-2 drops of Oregano.
Evening Routine
Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Lavender.
Apply Essential Oils under the feet: Protective Blend, Oregano.
Execution:
- Sit down in a comfortable position, with a straight back and a well-aligned
spine.
- Inhale and exhale by widening the trachea as if you wanted to snore, but
without producing sound. The air should make a soft hiss in the throat, like
when you sleep.
- Repeat for five minutes with your eyes closed.
