Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Lavender

Posture:  Lie your back on a mat or bed with your arms along your body and palms up—legs slightly apart with toes pointing outwards.

MeditationLie your back on a mat or bed. Close your eyes and focus your attention on the navel that goes up and down with your breath. Feel the body become increasingly heavy at each exhalation and sink into the mattress or mat.

Think of an autumn landscape and the many trees covered with colours like red and yellow on the leaves. The earth is dark, ready to receive the snow. Imagine the first snow coming down from the sky and beginning to hide everything. Watch the snowflakes get bigger and bigger until it lands on the ground and the trees. Keep watching as it falls, creates ever thicker layers of frost, changes and rounds the shape of roofs and branches, and surrounds and protects everything.

Continue to watch the snowfall and thicker layers of frost that change and round the shape of roofs and branches, surrounding and protecting everything. Imagine the snow also falling on your body and feel its ability to preserve and strengthen everything. Let it fall on your skin. Let it cover you entirely. It's light and lets your skin breathe.

Imagine that your body's snow layer has become very high, and imagine yourself submerged by snow. You are like a seed in the earth, a seed that will preserve with the cold and then rebirth in the spring, full of life and qualities. The first rays of the sun will come again in the spring. Then the snow will melt and reveal all the submerged secrets in nature, in your body and your being.
