Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Lavender, Jasmine, Rose, Geranium, Roman Chamomile.

Posture:  Lie your back on a mat or bed with your arms along your body and palms up. Legs slightly apart with toes pointing outwards.

Meditation: Lie your back on a mat or bed. Close your eyes and focus your attention on the navel that goes up and down with your breath. At each exhalation, feel the body becoming increasingly heavy and sink into the mattress or mat.

Imagine with your eyes closed to be in the countryside, in front of a landscape, wholly covered with snow, the sky is clear and blue, without any shadow. See a field covered with a shiny ice surface under a pale sun and a slight haze in the sky. The Sun gradually becomes brighter and its rays, increasingly lukewarm, begin to melt the layer of snow and ice that the Earth slowly absorbs.

Continue until you see that until the last traces of snow has been melted by the Sun. Earth is wet and of an intense brown colour, whose you can feel the scent both in the nose and in the mouth. Continue your visualization by seeing the first buds sprouting from the ground. Observe many blades of grass, light green, delicate. Watch them grow more and more while light and warm wind moves them in the Sun.

Concentrate your attention on a particular bud; it gets wet by a spring drizzle, the Earth protects it and that bud becomes a plant. Feel yourselves like that bud growing.
