SUMMER YOGA RESPIRATION FOR MORNING AND EVENING ROUTINE
This breath refreshes and lowers body temperature. It prevents thirst.
Morning Routine
Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Clary Sage, Peppermint and Lemon.
Evening Routine
Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Marjoram.
Apply Essential Oils under the feet: Geranium, Lavender, Ylang-Ylang.
Execution:
- Sit in a comfortable position, with which you can keep your back straight and your spine well-aligned
- Inhale from the half-closed lips producing a hissing similar to that of the snake, feeling the fresh air entering the throat, keep eyes closed.
- If you are advanced, perform this breathing exercise with your tongue rolled up.
- Hold your breath for two to three seconds (if you have high blood pressure, skip this point).
- Exhale from the nostrils, feeling the hot air.
- Repeat 8 to 12 times.
