This purification facilitates digestion and tones the abdominals.

Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Clary Sage, Peppermint and Lemon.

Execution:

- Sit in a comfortable position where the back can be kept straight, with the arms relaxed.

- Inhale slowly from the nostrils, eyes closed

- Exhale from the mouth, producing a Pha-like sound and feeling the abdomen re-enter. Ensure that the sound emitted becomes more and more intense and profound.

- Repeat 8-12 times
