SPRING PURIFICATION FOR THE MORNING YOGA ROUTINE

This purification technique is suitable for cleaning the liver and all that connects to it, such as the gallbladder, pancreas, eyes and ears. In the first days of execution, you can feel a bad taste in your mouth, a sign of a liver tired and burdened. The symptom should attenuate with implementing this exercise daily and using the Essential Lemon Oil and Detoxification Blend.

Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Melaleuca, Citronella or Lemongrass, Cardamom, Rosemary, or Detoxification Blend.

Execution:

- Sit down in a comfortable position, with a straight back and a well-aligned spine;

- Inhale slowly from the nostrils, eyes closed;

- Hold your breath and swell your cheeks;

- Breathe out with a breath from the mouth, like puffing and wide-open the eyes. Look towards the tip of the nose;

- Repeat 8 to 12 times.
