This purification technique helps to remove mucus and clean the sinuses and head. It strengthens the respiratory tract, cures and prevents sinusitis, rhinitis, protects the auditory ducts and improves the sense of smell. 

Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Melaleuca, Citronella or Lemongrass, Cardamom, Rosemary, or Detoxification Blend.

Execution:

- Sit in a comfortable position where the back can be kept straight, with the arms relaxed.

- Inhale slowly from the nostrils, eyes closed.- Exhale by suddenly pushing the air out of the nostrils, feeling the abdomen re-enter with a firm thrust.

- Repeat 8 to 12 times.
