Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Lavender, Jasmine, Rose, Geranium, Roman Chamomile. 

Execution:

- Sit on your knees, with your feet on the ground and your pelvis resting on your heels. Your knees apart and your hands on your knees.

- Exhale by opening wide your mouth and pulling out your tongue, causing a deep sound from your throat similar to the roar of the lion. At the same time, stretch your arms and lean slightly forward.

- Repeat 8 to 12 times
