Put Essential Oils in the diffuser: Lavender, Geranium, Roman Chamomile, Marjoram.
Apply Essential Oils under the feet: Geranium, Lavender, Ylang-Ylang.
Meditation: Shining in the Sun
Lie your back on a mat or bed. Close your eyes and focus your attention on the navel that goes up and down with your breath. Feel the body become increasingly heavy at each exhalation and sink into the mattress or mat. Please think of the Sun, its shape, colour, light, and warmth. Its warmth floods everything. Visualize the Sun even in your navel, with bright rays that radiate in every direction. The inhalation brings energy into your Sun, while the exhalation brings this energy out through the light rays. With each breath, the light rays expand more and more. Feel your whole body completely flooded with this energy.
