KRIYA: KAPALBHATI – LIGHT IN THE SKULL

This purification technique helps to remove mucus and clean the sinuses and head. It strengthens the respiratory tract, cures and prevents sinusitis, rhinitis, protects the auditory ducts and improves the sense of smell.

Essential Oils in the diffuser and topically under your feet: Protective Blend.

Execution:

  1. Sit in a comfortable position where the back can be kept straight, with the arms relaxed.
  2. Inhale slowly from the nostrils, eyes closed.
  3. Exhale while suddenly pushing the air out of the nostrils, feeling the abdomen re-enter with a firm thrust 12 times.
  4. Then breathe deeply and rest.
  5. Repeat two times more.
