Morning Routine, still in bed (1/3)

AUTUMN DINACHARYA - THE DAILY PROGRAM FOR THE AUTUMN

MORNING, still in bed and fasting.

  1. Put Essential Oils in the diffuser and topically under your feetProtective Blend (Rosemary, Cinnamon, Clove, Wild Orange, Eucalyptus Essential Oils).
  2. Repeat three times the Autumn Mantra mentally or out loud.
  3. Purification (Kriya): Kapalbhati Light in the skull.
  4. Respiration Technique (Prāṇāyāma): Surya Chandra Prāṇāyāma - Breath of the Sun and the Moon 

AUTUMN YOGA PURIFICATION FOR THE MORNING ROUTINE
KRIYA: KAPALBHATI – LIGHT IN THE SKULLThis purification technique helps to remove mucus and clean the sinuses and head. It strengthens the respiratory tract, cures and prevents sinusitis, rhinitis, protects the auditory ducts and improves the sense of smell.
