Just want to share this thought of mine of being an Entrepreneur. As I go along in this journey of Entrepreneurship, I have met a lot of people with their different stories of success. The life of an Entrepreneur is like using a ladder/staircase, you can go up and sometimes you will go down. Going up for the reason of you want something to achieve and going down for such reason that you need to learn something valuable. Both directions are constantly happening in the Life of an Entrepreneur. Successful Entrepreneurs had so many ups and downs in this journey, it's not about falling so many times but getting up always. If you fall down 7 times, then get up 8. The one who those succeeded with their journey is the ones who never stop. And every time I spoke with these successful Entrepreneurs, I asked them what is the key or what they do when most of the time they are beating down? They answer ''Entrepreneurship is all about the Basics, Learn the Principle of the basics. what does it mean? Go back when was the time you started. To be honest, it's very hard for me to take this, why?, because I have been there, and going back to Zero again is totally unacceptable because I already made on the top and I can't go back again to where I've been. I know most of you can relate to this, did you remember the very first time that you started and get committed with yourself. During that time you are fresh and the fire is burning with yourself, your passion is overflowing, you are brave and courageous that you tell to yourself that I can do this whatever it takes'' you have to bring those emotions back and start something new. Your environment will tell you what kind of mindset do you have. Naniniwala ka ba na kung anu at sinu yung mga taong nakapligid sayo ay nagiging ganun ka? Yes, meron malaking effect sa mindset or maging sa buhay natin yung environment na klase na meron tayo at naniniwala ako na kung anu ka ngayon ay marahil ito ang resulta ng environment na meron ka. Nasubukan mo na bang sumama sa mga tambay?, diba pati ikaw parang gusto mo na din tumambay ng tumabay na lang. Nasubukan mo na bang sumama sa mga kaibigan mong mahilig gumimik?, diba pati ikaw parang all the time gusto mo na lang gumimik. Nasubukan mo na bang sumama sa friend mo na mahilig rumaket?, diba pati ikaw nagiging raketero at raketera na din. Bakit hindi mo subukan sumama sa mga taong magaling, sigurado gagaling ka din, sama ka sa mga taong magaling mag isip at ikaw at gagaling mag isip. And try mo din kayang sumama sa mga taong mahilig mag business, marahil ma aadapt mo ito at ikaw ay mahihilig dito at maging isang utak negosyante na din. Malaki ang impact ng environment na ginagalawan natin sa magiging resulta ng buhay natin. If you see negative, then you get negative. If you see positive then you attract it, ganun lang po ka simple. Kaya minsan kailangan din natin pumili ng mga taong makakasama natin or ng environment na gagalawan natin. #rightenvironment #rightmindset #lifestyleentrepreneur

One thing I learned about Network Marketing or in Sales as a whole is that people don't want to be hunted, so do not be a hunter! It's in people nature na ayaw na ayaw natin na bine bentahan tayo or yung pino prospect tayo ng mga ka kilala natin and ni re-recruit tayo sa business nila. And im sure you experienced this many times, yung ayaw ka niyang tigilan hanggat bumili ka ng products or services na ino-ofer niya hanggang sa makulitan ka at bibili ka na lang. This is the attitude of a good sales person (perseverance) but does not good to apply all the time. People were overwhelmed and got too much excitement for the business and the results that they are getting and they dont even think of the measures and process, instead of getting good results they loosing some. Lesson: Do not be a hunter, be a farmer and you know how farmer cultivated their crop for an abundant harvest. In this endeavor, we need to learn how to build relationships, build friendships, and trust. Our goal is not to sell or recruit the prospect directly, let us educate them first and offer help or solutions. #notohunters #beafarmer #educatetosell
