Every government of the world should do something to encourage teachers in all level of education. The level at which values and respect for teachers is dwindling is very disturbing.i believe teachers should be encouraged and well treated to promote this teaching profession I love so much. (especially in most part of Africa) The teaching profession needs real discussion and government intervention to correct this anomalies.
