Nothing is 'by chance' (Episode 2)

2020-06-22 15:10:11

Let’s learn reading symbology that surrounds us. Episode two: Visual sense exercise.

In the Episode one available at this link

I shared some reflections on how connected and visually lost we are with everything that surrounds us.

But let's take a step forward and try to increase our visual awareness, learning not to undergo any suggestion passively.

And, for any need, here it is a very quick and useful exercise. The choice of the object it’s yours… so you can make this exercise with any object.

1.    Look at the photo of this bottle for at least ten seconds.

2.    Then close your eyes and count to 10 slowly. Most likely you will still "see" the bottle, albeit with your closed eyes. In fact, the images we’re looking at persist very deeply within us, being good at stamping themselves even on subtle bodies.

3.    Now open your eyes and look at the photo once again for ten seconds and then, at the same time as you breathe, bring your attention to it.

4.    Now close your eyes again: you will certainly "see" the bottle again. But, at this time, the same image, perceived with closed eyes, will most likely be accompanied by sensations, thoughts and perhaps memories suddenly arisen .

Now I don't want to add anything else, in order not to condition your experience in any way.

However, it would be very interesting if you share in the comments what you felt and perceived. How did your internal perception change?

This exercise helps you to contact the most exposed part of yourself, connected to vision. The emotional and sensorial one, that unconsciously conditions anything that comes into contact with our sight.

And so, definitely, it’s the awareness of the vision that makes difference.

But also the knowledge of what affects your eyesight is significant to give you a balanced experience.

And it is, therefore, that I will briefly tell you the symbolic meaning of the colors, shapes and numbers contained in the decoration of this bottle.

MEANING AND SYMBOLS OF THE COLORS, GEOMETRIES AND NUMBERS CONTAINED IN THIS  DECORATION

  • Red is strength, health and vitality. Associated with the element of fire, sex, blood and passion, it stimulates blood circulation, affects the vitality of the body and mind and has a warming power. It denotes courage, confidence, action, dynamism and determination. Studies also show that it can create multiple physical effects such as raising blood pressure, increasing libido, accelerating respiratory rate and metabolism, raising enthusiasm and giving higher levels of energy and greater confidence. And finally, it helps to focus attention quickly, thus easing rapid decision-making.
  • Brown promotes physical satisfaction and stability. Complementary color for the first chakra, or root chakra. ( Chakras are the energy centers of our body, which receive and distribute our life energy.) It stimulates our connection with Mother Earth, from which it receives energy and then distributes it along our main energy channel. It helps to take roots and to remember the importance of humility. It also promotes stability, security and strength. People who love this color are frequently very empathetic and they are also an excellent support for those around them.
  • Orange, made by mixing yellow and red, has the features of both colors. Energy, serenity, enthusiasm, cheerfulness, joie de vivre and optimism. It unburdens physical and mental functions and supports the cleansing of the chakras (The chakras are the energy centers of our body, which receive and distribute our life energy), stimulating our immune system and creativity. It expels toxins, promoting a general sense of wellness. It’s definitely the color of creativity and joy.
  • Yellow, in particular, indicates wisdom, good humor and happiness. It supports clarity of decision making and increases concentration. It evokes the splendour and warmth of the sun, as without it, life would not exist. It therefore gives strength and warmth, encourages communication, improves vision and strengthens trust. Bright yellow is however an eye-catching color. It also helps activate memory, encourage communication, improve vision, strengthen confidence and stimulate the nervous system.
  • White is the color of perfection, purity, integrity and conclusion. Complementary color for the seventh chakra or crown chakra, it’s as well associated with the nervous system, the brain and the pituitary gland. It promotes awareness of the world in which we live and the connection between it and our inner Self. It encourages new thought patterns, stimulating knowledge and wisdom.
  • The spiral, present everywhere in nature, from the nautilus to the galaxies, is a very powerful symbol that reconnects us to the energies of earth and sky, and reminds us of the infinite turns made by our soul in its evolutionary path, keeping us balanced while facing the natural cycles of birth, growth, death and rebirth. It stimulates and vivifies our energy system. As a matter of fact, movement of chakras is also spiral-shaped. (Chakras are the energy centers of our body, which receive and distribute our life energy.) Contemplating the mandalas of the spirals or meditating on them, with your attention to your breathing, rebalances and harmonizes our main energy channel, accelerating the elimination of any toxin.

This decoration contains 16 spiral arches, with a sequence of colors repeated 2 times. 2 times 8 equals 16.

  • The number 2 expresses duality and embodies opposite principles... Male and female, earth and sky, day and night. The 2 reconciles opposites, foster union, promote wisdom and harmony.
  • The number 8 brings harmony, peace and balance. It’s a symbol helping us to make useful decisions for our life. The octagon and its shapes, like double squares, double cubes and 8-ray stars, are often seen as Stargates and galactic centers. And as well the Medicine Wheel has 8 directions.
  • The number 16 symbolizes the adverse trials of life, which become opportunities for growth and change, if viewed from the right perspective. Adversity becomes beneficial if it leads us to a constructive change. 16, as a product of 2 times 8, represents the positive evolution that leads to karmic liberation.

Well ... Now you know a little more about what you have been looking at. How does  that affect you? After this description, how does the vision of the same object resonate within you, compared to the vision you had before accessing this information?

Look at your bottle again. Do you believe your perception has changed further? If so, how? And finally, did you have the feeling that linking the observed image with the description has somehow created a channel of inside clarity, connected to some king of inner peace and centering?

It would be nice if you would share your feelings with us.

That's all, folks… see you soon.

P.s .: Don't forget to share your experience in the comments below.
