The Ver-o-Peso Market or the Bologna Fish Market or Iron Market or just the Ver-o-Peso Market (initially called Casa de Haver o Peso), is a public market inaugurated in 1625, belonging to the Ver-o- Peso, located in the Brazilian city of Belém, in the state of Pará, located at Avenida Boulevard Castilhos França, in the Campina neighborhood, on the shores of Guajará Bay. It is one of the oldest public markets in the country, considered as one of the wonders of the state. It was elected one of the 7 Wonders of Brazil for being one of the oldest markets in Brazil.
