Oggi cominciamo da una delle piazze più belle d’Europa Staroměstské náměstí (piazza della città vecchia) sarebbe ovvio e facile che vi descriviamo l’Orologio Astronomico di Praga, i monumenti, ristoranti e negozi di souvenir. Troppo scontato, queste info le trovate dappertutto in internet.
Noi mostriamo e commentiamo quello che ci ha affascinato in questa tappa. Qualcosa di nuovo e diverso dal solito.

Le livance (pronuncia: livanze) sono un altro piatto della tradizione boema.
Frittelle servite con zucchero a velo e marmellata.
Ingredienti delle livance:
300 g farina 0
20 g lievito di birra
1 cucchiaio di zucchero
2 tuorli
Un pizzico di sale
500 ml latte
Burro
Preparazione delle livance:
Sciogliere il lievito in una ciotola con latte tiepido, aggiungere lo zucchero e la farina. Coprire la ciotola e lasciar lievitare per circa un’ora. Aggiungere i tuorli sbattuti e il sale. Mescolare finché l’impasto non risulta liscio e piuttosto liquido. Lasciare lievitare per circa un’ora. L’impasto deve raddoppiare di volume. Cuocere nell’apposita padella ungendo gli stampi con il burro. Condire con marmellata.

2 egg yolks
A pinch of salt
500 ml milk
Butter
Preparation of livance:
Dissolve the yeast in a bowl with warm milk, add the sugar and flour. Cover the bowl and let it rise for about an hour. Add the beaten egg yolks and salt. Stir until the dough is smooth and rather liquid. Leave to rise for about an hour. The dough should double in volume. Cook in the appropriate pan greasing with butter. Season with jam.

Un camp per caravan perfetto! Ci siamo trovati benissimo tutti i servizi possibili compresi in una tariffa veramente conveniente. Posto in riva al fiume Vltava ombreggiato, tranquillo, bagni con docce calde, lavatrice. Elettricità, carico acqua e scarico acque grigie. Punto ristoro con frigorifero e fornelli. Wifi. A 5 minuti a piedi un piccolo supermarket, a 10 minuti fermata del tram, a 15 minuti il bellissimo Zoo di Praga. Il totale per due giorni con anche compresi biglietti per il tram solo 972.- Korone circa 38.- Euri.
A perfect camp for caravans! We had a great time all the possible services included in a really convenient rate. Located on the banks of the Vltava river, shaded, quiet, bathrooms with hot showers, washing machine. Electricity, water supply and waste water discharge. Refreshment point with refrigerator and stove. Wifi. A small supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, a tram stop 10 minutes, the beautiful Prague Zoo is 15 minutes away. The total for two days also including tickets for the tram only 972.- Korone about 38.- euros.

Lo ZOO di Praga - The Prague ZOO
Ecco il famoso Zoo di Praga. Già più di 6000 visitatori in tarda mattinata di lunedì, cosa succederà nel weekend. Non metteremo le foto degli animali perché sono troppe e il post diventerebbe monotono. Possiamo approfondire alcuni argomenti più avanti, quando finiremo le tappe del tour.
Here is the famous Prague Zoo. Already more than 6000 visitors late Monday morning, what will happen over the weekend. Restaurace U Lišků
Usciti dallo zoo, stanchi e affamati consigliamo il ristorante subito a fianco dell’entrata. Qui Giulia trova e gusta uno dei suoi piatti preferiti: Bramborové knedlíky plněné uzeným masem, gnocchi di patate ripieni di carne affumicata.
Leaving the zoo, tired and hungry, we recommend the restaurant immediately next to the entrance. Here Giulia finds and tastes one of her favorite dishes: Bramborové knedlíky plněné uzeným masem, potato dumplings filled with smoked meat.
