Wanna eat pancakes with chocolate, but still eat healthy?

Pancakes and chocolate both can be prepared in a much healthier way, but still be as tasty or even more.

Pancakes: 

1) Wheat flour can be changed with other fine white flour, that can be a mix of different flours and contain rice-, buckwheat- ( not too much of that one, because it has a strong taste), potato-, tapioca- or corn flour.

2) Take some healthy sweetener instead of white sugar - i use cocos palm sugar

3) Instead of usual milk products i use cocos milk

4) Use butter  or cocos oil for frying, but don´t fry heavily

5) Chocolate can be easily mixed of soft cheese (i use lactose-free), cocos palm sugar and cocoa

So mix together eggs, cocos milk, cocos palm sugar, salt, baking soda, flour and fry!
