Vegetable puree soup with fresh garlic, decorated with beet sprouts, cedar pine seeds and added some dry yeast

Today`s soups other ingredients: carrot, turnip, cauliflower, broccoli, leek, kale, cabbage, chilli pepper, red lentils, soft cheese (lactose free), extra virgin olive oil and ginger. I added soft cheese, garlic and olive oil after boiling. It was very tasteful.

Lately I discovered kale in the shops and it gives a very good taste to all boiled meals. I did not use it as fresh, because it has the taste of paper when unboiled, but perfect for cooked meals.
