Smoothie with soy milk is a breakfast idea for those, who prefer vegetarian products.

Ingredients: soy milk without sugar, berries, berry powders, inactivated dry yeast (good source to get vitamin B12), husked hemp seeds, avocado, banana, chia seeds, (spirulina powder) and honey or coconut palm sugar. If you do`nt like the taste of spirulina, you do`nt have to add it, but it is good for cleansing your body especially in spring, so I use it often.
