Dance through life...

This is a photo, taken during a club night. I have loved sports for my whole life, but dancing is my favorite. As everyday sports I practice running at the moment, but still love to dance the most.

Physical activity, such as dancing and running or also skiing and riding a bicycle let people see the world in more joyful colors. Those, who do it every day, are more happy, confident, suffer less of depression and also many other illnesses.

When the muscles are moving, releases the brain more hormones (serotonin for example and  endorfines).

Besides sports makes you smart. Want to know, how? I love to read books about brain functioning and I have some reviews here in my blog. So I recommend to read all 3, that speak about brain and the connection between moving your body and the brains work: 1) "The real happy pill" by Anders Hansen
