I read it now, because the translation in estonian was issued in 2018, and since I listen to audio books while I run, I took it right when the audio version came out. Louise Hay is already a well-known writer, I've written some reviews of her books here in my blog too.

"Life Loves You" is one of Louise Hay's most loved slogans or heart wisdom that characterize her life.

This book is the result of many conversations between Robert Holden and Louise Hay.

"Life Loves You" is a search, that will open up to you your true self. It looks more closely at your relationship with the world, asks deep questions about the nature of reality.

In recent years, science has discovered new ways to see the world - the world is not just a physical space, but also a state of spiritual mind. The universe is rather one big thought than one big machine. Louise and Robert believe, that the world's basic building stone is not an atom, but love. And love is not an emotion, but a creative principle, that is universal, benevolent and intelligent. This is our true nature.

There are 7 chapters in the book, and each of them ends with a spiritual exercise, that helps to embed the theory in the experience. In addition to the seven basic exercises, there are many other exercises and meditations.

The first chapter explains the so-called mirror principle, that our experience of the world reflects our relationship with ourselves. We do not see things as they are, but as we are.

The second chapter, " The affirmation of your life", tells us how childhood experiences affect us later. The book asks us to consider the possibility, that life will not hurt us, not criticize or condemn us. We suffer from our own mental states.

'The third chapter "Follow Your Joy" is listening to the internal voice. "Life Loves You" does not mean, that everything goes the way you want, but that you must not fight against when life wants to provide you with the best possible thing or solution.

The fourth chapter is "Forgiving to the past" and deals with some common obstacles, that do not allow life to love us..

The fifth chapter, "Be grateful now," explains the principle of so called basic trust, which as the psychologists believe, has vital importance in the development of a child and the life of an adult. We were born with a basic trust, that is the knowledge, that we are part of the created world and that we are supported by loving and generous Unity, that life is nothing that happens to us, but it happens for us.

The sixth chapter "Learn to accept" focuses on buddhist benevolent universe theory, and the spiritual exercise of this chapter is to keep a diary of  gratitude to help us understand better, how life loves us at the moment.

In the seventh chapter, "Healing the future," it is said, that at the deepest level, the purpose of our lives is to be a loving mirror for the world. The purpose of our life is not just to let life love ourselves, but also to love life. We are here to love the world.

One of the most memorable testimonies of the book was, that whatever you think and say, everything is an affirmation and a confirmation that everything is going to be as you said. That's why it's wise to observe your thoughts and pronouncements.

The books by Louise Hay have all been a good reading, this book here was put together by Robert Holden.
