My favorites from the past year are these 5 books, that I listened all in audio, because I run while reading books. They are all about self development.

2 of them "Scatter Brain" by Henning Beck and "The Real Happy Pill" by Anders Hansen speak about our brains functioning mechanisms in a very exiting way.

"Do No Harm" by Henry Marsh tells us interesting things about neurosurgeons work.

Thomas Eriksons book "Surrounded by Idiots" speaks about 4 different character types in a funny way, which is also easy to remember, because of many examples.

"Your second life begins when you realize you only have one" by Raphaelle Giordano is a story about a woman, who was not happy in her life and wanted to do something about it. So things started happen and the book describes, how she did it step by step.

I wrote longer reviews about all 5 here in my blog too.

As i run about 10 km every day, I get to listen 1 book every week. The last book, that I read, was about Elon Musk. This was so bulky, that it took me 2 weeks and I am actually still reading it. It has been written in 2015 by Ashlee Vance.
