Ante la emergencia climática y la inercia de los Estados, los ciudadanos debemos aspirar a mover las líneas. No se trata de hacer la revolución, sino de operar una evolución, basada en nuevos gestos y comportamientos. Hay muchas avenidas e ideas. Para algunos, la prioridad es prohibir el consumo excesivo. Para otros, el desafío es reducir sus desperdicios y moderar su apetito por la carne. Entre los aspirantes al cambio, aún otros quieren sobre todo dar sentido a su dinero.
