To the Jonathan Livingston Seagulls

I woke up late, so my day started with an unwanted run.
I ran and hoped that (at least!) it would not rain.
Until something completely captured my attention.

A girl all dressed up for school was swinging in an empty park. 
She looked so tiny on that huge bird-nest metal swing.
She looked so powerful, carefree and alive.

Someone could think that this was not a good idea because her uniform got wrinkled and her hairs were all over the place, which is inconvenient at school. 
I think that she was a Jonathan Livingston Seagull getting ready to fly, higher and higher.

From today, I will start my day off right like the girl swinging before school.
