Are you curious to learn a new word...

...that could help you discover something new about yourself?

I have just learnt a new word, that is ‘hypophora’. It is when someone poses a question and right after answers it. So, I decided to play a little bit with this, asking myself the following question several times in a row: ‘Who are you?’

Wow! At the beginning my answers came easily and they were quite obvious. After a while, I started to struggle, and I was obliged to look deeper inside. At some point, I could no longer find my words, so I drew. A tangle of lines and colours brought to the surface more complex aspects of myself.

Do you know that there are different aspects of yourself always available for you to use in any given set of circumstances? If you are aware of them, then you can CHOOSE what shall become of them and intentionally give life to those aspects that serve you better.

And, if you are no longer able to change a situation, you can remember that YOU DO HAVE A CHOICE OF ACTION regarding which aspects of yourself you want/need to challenge, to be able to express the right super-power(s) at the right moment.

Would you like to play with the hypophora as well?

Great! So: 'Who are you?’ (Be brave: x50!)
