You can't install it again at all.
Flash Player is a plugin that runs on web pages from web pages from 1996 and during the years we've seen TONS of contents made with flash: animation, videogames and interactive elements. Losing them forever would be a shame!
(TIP: You can find some hidden gems between the countless flash games on the web ;) )
The use of Flash Player was already discouraged in last years, the natural evolution of Flash is HTML5 which is more safe and, from my test on old hardware it seems that it offers better performance too.
Today I wanted to play a good old flash game online but I noticed that my Opera browser didn't allow me to run the Flash plugin...
No problem, I downloaded the latest installer for Windows, but the installer refuses to download anything from Adobe servers.
Ok, now the hacking starts XD I found a workaound:
I downloaded an alternative installer that already has files inside it (it does not download anything during installation), I installed it and I rebooted my browser.
It works.
