With great pleasure I invite you to join Mozart 14 years old during his stay in Florence in 1770 🤩
The Mozart fortepiano concert has been streamed online on YouTube, on 6 April 2021 at 9 pm.
During this event I have the honor and pleasure of performing alongside Prof. Sandro Cappelletto, a great connoisseur of Mozart's life, who tells the story of the dazzling friendship that bound the young Mozart with an equally young English violinist during the days of his stay in Florence.
I play three classical sonatas for you on my Viennese fortepiano, directly from the place, even from the same room where Mozart played at the age of 14, during the cultural salons of the famous poetress Corilla Olimpica. This poetress also composed a farewell poem to Mozart, which will be performed during the event.
On the music program you can hear
W.A.Mozart, sonatas for fortepiano solo:
KV 332 in F major
KV 570 in B flat major
plus a sonata for solo fortepiano by J.Haydn, Hob XVI / 35 in C major.
