CRISTINA SANTI studied singing in Vienna, at the "Götheanistischen Konservatorium" with the alto Hilde Rössel-Majdan and got a master degree in singing at the "Antonio Buzzolla" Conservatory of Adria (Veneto-Italy). She is Vocal Art guest professor at the Atyrau University of kazakhstan.

Studied singing in Vienna, at the "Götheanistischen Konservatorium" with the alto Hilde Rössel-Majdan and got a master degree in singing at the "Antonio Buzzolla" Conservatory of Adria (Veneto-Italy). 


Next July 2019 she will be Santuzza in Mascagni's "Cavalleria rusticana" at Greek Theater of Taormina (Sicily) in the Myhtos Opera Festival sharing cast with the famous soprano Katia Ricciarelli. Cristina Santi debuted this role at "Teatro Verdi" of Busseto (Parma – Italy) in 2017. She sang it several times in differents productions

In 2017 she also played the role of Berta in Rossini's "Il Barbiere di Siviglia" at Mantova (Italy). 


In 2016 she participated in the 34th International Music Festival of Portogruaro (Venice -2016), conducted by the famous baritone Claudio Desderi singing the Mozart-Daponte repertory. In february of 2016, she took part of a Mozart- Rossini concert in the "Biennale di Venezia".


Won numerous contests, including: "Luis Cluzeau Mortet" (Uruguay), "Aldo Baldin" (Brazil), "Royal Opera Canada Award" , Third International "César Cortinas Competition" (Uruguay), "CX Museum of Radio and Communication Prize" (Uruguay).


She began her career singing the role of Rosina in the "Barber of Seville" by Rossini and the title role of "Hansel and Gretel" by Humperdink, of Jeunesses Musicales productions. She also won the "Aldo Baldin" competition (Brazil), prize offered by Fiorenza Cossotto, marking her international debut in Bizet's "Carmen". 


She sang at the Teatro Solis (Uruguay) in: "La Traviata" (Flora), "Rigoletto" (Countess Ceprano and Maddalena), Nabucco (Fenena) and "the Marriage of Figaro" (Marcellina). In the National Theatre SODRE (Uruguay) has starred in "La Serva Padrona" by Pergolesi, "La oca del Cairo" by Mozart and "Il Signor Bruschino" by Rossini (Sophia).


Also, she played in concert the role of the Countess Almaviva from "Le Nozze di Figaro" (Mozart), at the Herkulessaal der Residenz of Munich(Germany), with the AGV Orchestra. 


She is currently studying and preparing repertoire with Maestro Leone Magiera in Bologna.

Actually, she is Guest Professor of Vocal Art in the Faculty of Music and Arts of Atyrau University in Kazakistan.
