GRILLED OYSTERS WITH BEER BUTTER

Once the grill is hot, add the oysters to the grill and put a dollop of beer butter right on top. Close the oven grill and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the oysters are cooked and the butter is visibly bubbling and lightly browned.
