It is really hard using mortar in dressing designs on structure buildings and time consuming. But as professional mason, you should take into account how the finished design is going to look. When it is well done it is going to attract others and disguise other for poor finishing. Finishing is key.
Being professional .
In real life, being a professional goes beyond one's normal day work, no matter the industry you found yourself. For this reason one needs to sacrifice more into what ever he or she is in to.
It will take much of your time, more energy, strategic thinking, doing more research, learning new things, willingness ,opened minded ,appreciating others work as well as yours and most importantly accepting other people's view,no matter their level of education or position they occupied.
To be a "professional" is really a great sacrifice, it won't happen over night, it takes time and great sacrifice .Hence "humbleness " is key, and therefore do not be in hurry to become a profesional.
