COMPANY GOALS FOR 2019

The ******** srl management aims to achieve the following goals:

1. TO ACHIEVE THE GMP+ CERTIFICATION (FEED SAFETY ASSURANCE) BY THE SGS CERTIFICATION BODY WITHIN JUNE 2019, BY EMPLOYING OUR MANAGEMENT RESOURCES, namely:

• ******, responsible person for the GMP+ management system,
• ******, responsible person for managing GMP+ traffic
• ******, deputy responsible person for managing GMP+ traffic
• ******, deputy responsible person for the GMP+ management system
• ******, responsible person for the “EWS” (Early Warning System)
• ******, deputy responsible person for the “EWS”.

Drivers and vehicles have been identified in the manual of safety management system.

1. TO PROVIDE PERIODIC TRAINING SESSIONS FOR OUR COMPANY PERSONNEL

The ******* srl aims to provide at least two training sessions for drivers, who have been identified by the our management team in order to deal with GMP+ programm, by respecting the Regulation (CE) 183/2005. These training sessions must be carried out at the company headquarters, under the supervision of ******.

1. TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS AND EXTERNAL CASES OF NON-COMPLIANCE EFFICIENTLY

In case of “early warning” it’s important to initiate the procedure 013 and, within 12 hours, to report the results to the veterinarians of ******, but also to the GMP+ and to the SGS certification body. The responsible person for managing early warnings is *******. Instead, ***********  is responsible for handling complaints and external cases of non-compliance, and, in addition, responsible for the GMP+ management system.

1. TO CARRY OUT GMP+ TRANSPORTATION OF FEED IN COMPLETE SAFETY

Among the company’s goals, our management team aims to achieve for the year 2019 the use of pollution-free and environmentally safe procedures through the proper classification of the previously transported product (International Database Transport of Feed). This is in order to identify the right cleaning procedure to use.

This is all under the supervision of **********, responsible for managing GMP+ traffic, and in his absence, ********* will take care of it.

1. TO ENSURE THE RESPECT FOR CLEANING PROCEDURES

Our aim within 2019 is to perform constantly correct cleaning procedures. This is in order to avoid any rejection at loading plants. The responsible person for GMP+ traffic and every driver involved, will be responsible to achieve this aim.

This also means the employment of new resources like Euro 6 vehicles and the abolition of the use of Euro 5 vehicles.

1. NO ACCIDENTS AT WORK

Cases of product losses, pollution, spills of product are zero.

Constantly monitor of external cases of non-compliance, especially regarding police reports during traffic stops. 

To avoid waste of water, electricity and gas.

To maintain the ISO 9001 and the ISO 14001 quality certification.
