Rapid Banana Cake Liquidifier
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes.
Yield: 10 Portions.
INGREDIENTS
Pasta:
- 3 eggs.
- 2 cups sugar.
- 1 cup milk.
- 1/2 cup (tea) of oil.
- 2 cups (tea) wheat flour.
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- 7 bananas.
Cake Top:
- 3/4 cup sugar.
- 1/2 cup hot water.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cake Top:
In a saucepan, add the sugar and stir until melted. Pour the hot water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let thicken until you reach the syrup point and set aside.
Pasta:
Beat with liquidifier: the eggs, sugar, oil and milk in the blender. Add the wheat flour gradually and continue beating until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass. Finally add the yeast and beat at the blender minimum speed. Grease a medium shape with margarine and flour. Pour caramel and bananas cut into length. Lightly bake in medium oven at 180º C, preheated for approximately 30 minutes.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The amount of bananas varies according to the size of the shape. To add flavor to the cake, you can also add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the dough. It's a delight!
