Omelette with bacon

Preparation Time: 10 Minutes.

Yield: 4 Portions.



INGREDIENTS


2 eggs

2 tablespoons bacon well chopped

1 tablespoonful of olives, well chopped

1 tablespoonful of onion, finely chopped

1 scallion

1 pinch of salt


METHOD OF PREPARATION


Beat the eggs, add the salt carefully, because the bacon is already well salted, add the olive, onion and onion, all cut very small and reserve.

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a little oil (pan with 1/2 cup of oil).

After frying, add the bacon to the omelet and give it a scramble and drip a few drops of oil in a Teflon frying pan (about 4 drops) and spread this oil all over the frying pan with paper towel. Add the omelette, when it has a half-gold color at the edges, turn it over and let it brown the other side.
