Jelly with Cream

Preparation Time: 20 Minutes.

Yield: 6 Portions.

INGREDIENTS

1 envelope strawberry flavored gelatine

1 box of strawberries

CREME:

1 small box of cream

1/2 can condensed milk

1/2 bottle of coconut milk

Juice of 1/2 lemon

3 teaspoons unflavored powdered gelatine

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Make gelatine as instructed by the manufacturer.

Place on a platter and freeze until it hardens.

Hydrate the gelatine with 3 tablespoons of water.

Take to the microwave for 25 seconds.

Beat the ingredients of the cream in a blender.

Place the washed and chopped strawberries and the whipped cream on top of the already hardened gelatine and freeze.
