Creamy Coffee

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes.

Yield: 15 Portions.

INGREDIENTS

50 g of instant coffee 

2 cups refined sugar 

1 cup of water

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Add all the ingredients and beat in the mixer for 15 minutes until it becomes a cream. Store in the freezer in a closed pot. This cream is to be served as follows:

- 1 dessert spoon in 1 cup of hot coffee (ready) or 2 dessert spoons in 1 cup of boiling milk.

A delicious creamy drink is ready to warm up the cold winter nights.
