Brazilian Troops Bean Recipe - Yummy! (Feijão Tropeiro)

Ingredients

- 150g chopped diced bacon 

- 300g of carioca beans cooked al dente 

- 150g of pork sausage

- 200g to 300g white cassava flour 

- 2 medium onions diced into cubes 

- 7 eggs 

- 1 chopped green sauce 

- 2 garlic cloves 

- Seasoning to taste

Method of preparation

1- Fry the bacon along with the sausage. 

2- Add garlic and onion until golden brown. 

3- Add eggs and stir until firm. 

4- Add the beans, a pinch of salt and the flour. 

5- Mix until heated. 

6- Turn off the pan and sprinkle the green scent. 

*Suggestion of accompaniments: white rice, cabbage, pork steak and crackling.
