SPICE
- 2 large chopped onions
- 1 bunch green onion finely chopped
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 cloves garlic Pepper of the kingdom to taste
- 1 or 2 oranges
- Salt if you need
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of black beans
- 100 g of dried meat
- 70 g of pig ear
- 70 g of pork tail
- 70 g of pork
- 100 g of pork ribs
- 50 g pork loin
- 150 g of Portuguese sausage
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Put the meat in the sauce for 36 hours or more, go changing the water several times, if it is hot or summer, place ice on top or in cold layers. Put to cook step by step: the hard meats, then the soft meats. When soft, place the beans, and remove the meat. Finally season the beans.
