BOLOGNESE LASAGNA
Preparation Time: 40 Minutes.
Yield: 10 Portions.
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
salt and nutmeg to taste
1 spoonful of oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 onion, chopped
300 g ground meat
3 cups tomato pulp beaten in blender
3/4 cup hot water
salt to taste
200 g sliced ham
200 g sliced mozzarella
250 g pasta for lasagna
METHOD OF PREPARATION
WHITE SAUCE:
Melt the margarine and brown the flour over low heat stirring constantly, add the milk little by little.
Cook until you get a full-bodied sauce, add the cream and season with salt and nutmeg.
Set aside.
BOLOGNESE SAUCE:
Heat the oil and add the garlic and onion until golden brown.
Add the minced meat until fried, when the meat is fried add the tomato pulp and the water mix the salt and cook until it boils.
MOUNT UP:
In a large baking dish, place a layer of bolognese sauce, lasagna pasta, ham, mozzarella, white sauce.
Add more ham and mozzarella lasagna pasta and finish with bolognese sauce.
If you want, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
